If you haven’t had an ultrasound recently, it’s time to schedule one as depending upon the little monkey’s position, you may be able to find out the gender of your baby.
While your baby is continuing to work on their moves, it’s time for you to start sleeping on your side. Why? Now that your little one (and your womb) are big enough to press against large veins in your tummy, it can reduce the amount of blood going to your heart, resulting in you feeling lightheaded and even lowering your blood pressure. Sleeping on your side will help lower the risk of this.
Skill of the week: Yawning has been mastered by your baby this week. You might even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of that adorable skill during an ultrasound.
And an update on their hearing, it’s becoming sharper, making your little one more conscious of sounds that come from inside your body (which means you could both be listening to each other, bonding through a hiccup!).
