Working out which foods your toddler loves and loathes (which can change on a daily basis!) isn’t the only thing to think about when it comes to feeding. Their tummy is still quite small and their needs are very different to an adult’s, so it’s really important that the food they eat is packed with the goodness they need. This section contains information to help you give your toddler a balanced and varied diet, keeping an eye out for feeding problems or allergies and overcoming fussy eating.
