How many weeks pregnant?

A full-term pregnancy normally lasts about 38 weeks from the day of conception. However, it can be a bit of a challenge to pinpoint this exact day, which is why most baby due date calculators go from the first day of your last period. This is typically around two weeks before conception; add on the 38 weeks and you get your standard 40-week pregnancy.

“One of the first things most women do when they find out they’re pregnant (apart from gasping with joy and disbelief!), is to work out their baby’s due date. This is where our pregnancy due date calculator comes in handy. Just enter the date your last period started and let our baby due date calculator work its magic!”
