Miso soup recipe

Pesto pasta salad

Serves 3

You'll need:

  • 200g of wholemeal pasta
  • 100g frozen peas
  • ¼ cucumber cut into cubes
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Small handful of fresh basil
  • 100 ml creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons of green pesto


  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain and add the creme fraiche and pesto.
  3. Allow to cool before adding the remaining ingredients and combine together

This will make enough for approximately 3 servings so feel free to enjoy again the next day, or share if you’re feeling generous!
