Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 1 medium carrot
  • 30ml of your baby’s usual milk or cooled, boiled water


  1. Peel the carrot and cut into 1/2cm thick slices.
  2. Steam for 8-10 minutes until soft.
  3. Cool slightly and add 2 tablespoons of milk or water.
  4. Blend with a food processor or hand blender until completely smooth, adding more liquid if necessary.
